Unavoidable questionsA small amount of clarification.
Is pickup free?
Yes, for approved material when the usable quantity, location and route make sense. Send photos first. We confirm acceptance and an appointment before collecting.
What can I offer?
Wood drawer boxes, solid maple offcuts and identified Baltic birch plywood offcuts. Sound parts may be useful even when a drawer is damaged. Keep material dry, empty and sorted.
Can I drop material off?
Yes, by appointment for an approved batch. Send photos and rough sizes first. Wait for our confirmed shop address and time before travelling. No unattended drop-offs.
What if my pile is small or far away?
We may wait for a suitable route, combine nearby collections, or approve a drop-off. A request does not guarantee a special trip or pickup date.
Where can shops donate from?
Request pickup of your own removed drawers or clean offcuts from your job site or your shop. You can also request a drop-off at our shop by appointment. Send photos first; we confirm the material, address and time before any visit.
How do I contact you?
Choose Professional or Homeowner above. Save your request with material photos, and choose email or a callback for our reply.
Can I see what happened to the wood?
Your saved batch has a recovery record. Our Boring Numbers page reports weighed intake and recorded outcomes. Approved before-and-after stories show completed reuse.
Does everything get recycled?
We prioritize refurbishment and direct reuse. Other suitable material needs a confirmed recovery outlet. Remaining stock and residual disposal are recorded separately; collection alone is not proof of recycling.
